Our family moved to Dubai in 2021 from Switzerland, and as soon as we moved we started looking for a meal plan that would provide us with fresh, high quality meals. After trying several, we felt that there was a gap in the market for meal plans that use high quality ingredients.

And so Karma 8 was born! What started as a project to provide ourselves with a meal plan that provided restaurant quality meals delivered to our home grew into a small business and we are still growing.

We truly believe that food that makes you feel good, should also taste good! We hope that you enjoy our meals as much as we do.

How it all Started

The secret to making food taste great is in the ingredients. So, it's not really a secret at all! Our goal at Karma 8 is to provide you with the meals that we love to eat everyday, and with the ingredients that we like to use in our own cooking for our family. We use amazing ingredients such as grass fed beef, and hormone and antibiotic free chicken, and sashimi grade salmon to name a few.

We believe in avoiding restrictive nutrition and focusing on a whole foods approach, nourishing the body with vitamins and minerals from various sources while excluding digestive disrupters such as gluten and refined sugar.

We designed Karma 8 to be accessible to everyone, for those who want to get leaner or those who want to maintain your weight and eat healthy or those who want to gain muscle, there is a plan that fits every goal. Our recommendations are as follows:
  • 1300-1400 calories: For ladies who would like to get leaner.
  • 1600-1700 calories: For gentlemen who would want to get leaner or ladies who want to maintain.
  • 2000-2100 calories: For gentlemen who want to maintain or ladies who want to gain muscle.
  • 2400-2500 calories: For our athletes, who need a little extra to keep up with their training goals.

That depends on your personal goals. But we recommend our Karmy’s order for at least 4 weeks to see meaningful results. Our bodies take some time to cleanse and adapt to new habits and routines. Over the course of 4 weeks, you will also notice your hunger levels and craving queues change as they evolve towards healthier satisfaction.

If you want to fully reset your body and mind, we recommend pursuing a 12 week program. A commitment like that will lead to an unprecedented transformation.

To place an order kindly fill out the order form which you can access by clicking any of the Place Order buttons or by scrolling to the bottom of the page. Once that is done one of our team members will reach out to you within 24 hours to confirm your order and accept payment.

The total cost of your Meal Plan will depend on the calorie bracket you select as well the duration of the program you commit to. The total cost will be sent to you in the Order Confirmation email. There is a security deposit for the cooler bag that your meals are delivered in, which is fully refundable once the bag is returned to us. For more information on the delivery method please scroll to the delivery questions below.

We ask for a 200 AED fully refundable security deposit on the cooler bag as our experience has shown that our members enjoy the bags so much that they often prefer to keep them. Once the bag is returned the amount is fully refunded.

Payments are accepted through our payment provider Stripe, all major credit and debit cards as well as digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.) are accepted.

We deliver for free. No surprise fees!

We deliver to any address in Dubai before 6am and Abu Dhabi before 7am.  We will be expanding to other Emirates in the future, stay tuned!

Kindly add as many Meal Plans as you wish directly in the order form by using the +Meal Plan button.

We prepare the meals nightly to ensure maximal freshness. A dedicated driver will then deliver your goodies to your selected address in a refrigerated van and deposit a cooler bag with your full day of treats at your door. The deliveries will take place every morning between 5AM and 8AM. The cooler bag is deposited by your front door every morning, we kindly ask you to leave the empty bag from the previous day for us to collect outside your door. More detailed information will be provided in your order confirmation email.

We will deliver to any address in Dubai, whether you prefer to have your meals at your home or waiting for you at the office is up to you.

We are committed to bringing the best possible quality of food and service to each one of our customers, to do so we will be accepting a limited number of Karmy’s on a first come first serve basis.
However, if you happen to be over that number, don’t worry, we will instantly add you to our waiting list and be sure to inform you as soon as the next delivery window becomes available.

For the Full Meal Plan, every day you will receive 3 meals and 2 snacks which includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Salad and Dessert.

You will need to notify our Customer Service via email at least 3 days prior to your plan going on hold. We will then re-start deliveries upon your return with the remaining amount of days in your order.
